How to Check Pikobuy QC Photos Before Shipping

Use this guide to review visible details in warehouse and seller photos for shoes, clothing, bags and accessories before shipping a parcel.

Photo review basics

What QC Photos Can Help You Check

Warehouse photos add visual context that titles and price ranges cannot provide. Compare the selected product, category and listing details with the available photos, then look for consistency in color, shape, measurements and construction before deciding what to do next.

Use QC as one part of a larger check. Reconfirm the current listing, options and availability, especially when several variants share the same product page.

Decision flow

Keep, Compare, or Ask for Help

Keep an item when the selected variant and visible details are clear enough to proceed. Compare it when another item has better sizing context or photo coverage. If you see a visible issue, use the current official support and order tools to ask what options are available rather than assuming a result.

Footwear checks

Shoes and Sneakers

Use front, side, heel and top views to compare profile and proportions. Inspect toe shape, panel spacing, lace shape, stitching, heel alignment and outsole construction. A size label or measurement note is more useful than relying on a regional size label alone.

One cropped or outdated image is a reason to slow down and inspect the current listing, not evidence that an item is ready to ship.

Apparel checks

Clothing and Streetwear Finds

For clothing, compare shoulder width, sleeve length, body length, collar shape, cuffs, print placement, labels, seams and material texture. If a size chart exists, compare measurements with an item that already fits instead of relying on letter sizing.

Graphic items need clear front and back photos. Small shifts in print placement, collar shape or body length can matter more than the first listing image suggests.

Bags and accessories

Small Details Need Close Photos

Inspect zipper photos, strap hardware, lining, stitching, material texture and scale references. For caps or smaller accessories, focus on shape, size, stitching, closures, labels and close-up detail photos. Packaging can also show visible damage or missing-looking components, but it is not proof of product quality beyond what is visible.

Practical checklist

What to Check Before Shipping

Match the item to the selected option, inspect the views that matter for its category, note any visible damage or mismatch, and check size or measurement context. Keep product and order details so you can refer to the exact item if you need support.

Why do QC photos matter?

They help you inspect visible shape, stitching, color, labels, packaging and other details that may not be clear from a listing image.

Can QC photos confirm authenticity or material?

No. Photos can show only visible details and cannot guarantee authenticity, exact materials or long-term durability.

What should I do if I spot a visible issue?

Keep the order information and use Pikobuy's current official support or order tools to ask about the available options and policies.
